Services for pregnant & Nursing Mothers and children in the age group of 0-6 years for reducing MMR, IMR and school drop-outs by providing
i) Supplementary Nutrition Programme,
ii) Health check-up,
iii) Referral services,
iv) Nutrition & Health Education
v) Immunization and
vi) Pre-school Activities.
A programme for empowerment of Adolescent girls in the age group of 11 to 18 years provided by awaring them about Health, Hygiene, Counseling, and Services available at different government offices, IFA tablets and deworming tablets given to them for reducing the iron deficiency diseases and worm infected disease. Supplementary food is also given for reducing malnourished among Adolescent girls.
On the basis of the certificate issued by the medical board for the physically/mentally incapable handicapped persons, Identity cards for the jurisdiction under Santipur Panchayet Samity and Santipur Municipality area form this office issued.
