To ensure that the above commitment is met successfully the Department of Technical Education, Training & Skill Development; Government of West Bengal has launched the "Utkarsh Bangla", a flagship scheme on 16th February 2016 under the aegis of the PBSSD (PaschimBanga Society for Skill Development) for placement linked short-term skill trainings across the State of West Bengal. • National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) is a poverty alleviation project implemented by Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. This scheme is focused on promoting self-employment and organization of rural poor. The basic idea behind this programme is to organize the poor into SHG (Self Help Groups) groups and make them capable for self-employment. In 1999 after restructuring Integrated Rural Development Programme(IRDP), Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) launched Swarnajayanti Grameen Swarojgar Yojana (SGSY) to focus on promoting self-employment among rural poor. SGSY is now remodeled to form NRLM thereby plugging the shortfalls of SGSY programme.[1] This scheme was launched in 2011 with a budget of $ 5.1 billion and is one of the flagship programmes of Ministry of Rural Development. This is one of the world's largest initiatives to improve the livelihood of poor.

•  Nirmal Bharat Abhiyan (NBA) previously called Total Sanitation campaign (TSC) is a Community-led total sanitation program initiated by Government of India in 1999. It is a demand-driven and people-centered sanitation program. It evolved from the limited achievements of the first structured programme for rural sanitation in India, the Central Rural Sanitation Programme, which had minimal community participation.
  Swachh Bharat Abhiyan was announced by Prime Minister of India on Indian Independence Day & launched on 2 Oct 2014, Gandhi Jayanti. On this day, the PM addressed the citizens of India in a public gathering held at Rajghat, New Delhi, India and asked everyone to join this campaign.                                     Tele

Election Section of Ranaghat Sub-Division is centralized deptt. for all the Blocks under this Sub Division meant for different types of election related activities, such as, inclusion of voters name, corrections and deletion of names, different kinds of corrections in the EPIC cards etc. Every year, 25th January is being celebrated as National Voter's Day organizing various programmes like, drawing competition; kite completion etc. to create awareness/motivate the citizens of the land to realize the meaning successful democracy. With such motive, every year special drive is taken up for inclusion of new voters name and accordingly new EPIC Cards are distributed amongst the electors.

• Sri Sourav Sen = Supervision of all technical matters, computers i.e. data entry of manuscript & EPICs etc.
• Sri Siddhartha Roy = Supervision of the work of Assistants, maintenance of files of Election Section, to assist ASM to prepare reports from time to time, to coordinate the entire work of Election Section, to keep all important circulars, orders, audit files, supervision of EPIC works, all bills, allotment registers and allied matters (year-wise) systematically, EVM(with the coordination of EVM I/c) and related files etc.
• Sri Siddhartha Roy = Service Voters matters, updating of electoral rolls, RTI Act , Files(AC wise), to maintain the complaints registers of 86, 87 & 88 AC, delivery of EPIC to the electors and other allied jobs as and when required,
• Sri Siddhartha Roy = Custodian of all kinds of Forms, to keep the electoral rolls in an arranged manner and in safe custody, delivery of the EPIC cards to the electors, to maintain the complaints registers of 89 & 90 AC, to maintain the registers of Stationary & other works as and when required.
• Sri Siddhartha Roy = to maintain Issue and Receipt Registers, dispatch of all kinds of letters, to keep the records systematically, delivery of the EPIC to the electors, supervision of complaint registers of 86, 87, 88, 89 & 90 AC.
